Athena is very well suited for planning microwave backhaul or point-to-point data networks. Using the best model available, the CRC-PREDICT^TM, and considering terrain and user adjustable clutter in the path, Athena can accuarately predict communication reliability from one site to another site or from a site to any point, with user specified receiver characteristics (i.e. a mobile subscriber unit) at the point.
